Our apartments are pet friendly, but there are a few restrictions on the type, size, and breed. As a general guide, small pets are ok, but medium and large ones might not be. You pay a little more rent for every pet you own, to cover the cost of cleaning and general wear and tear.

to live at Soho Yard
Love the building. New and modern. Cozy homes. Pet friendly which is a big add on! Beautiful staff and super helpful. Very well secured which is my favourite thing. Lovely neighbours! Events happen throughout the year, which is very nice! This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed at!

Design of the building is amazing and very tasteful. The facilities are brilliant with a very good dining room and a huge gym and the team is lovely. Being in Kelham Island, you have all kinds of amenities nearby and it is a very up and coming area in Sheffield so it is definitely the place to be.

An incredible living experience with amazing people make it the perfect place to live! Very renter-friendly and maximises the space incredibly well! Perfectly situated with only a 2 min walk to Kelham Island. Apartments feel bright and the people that work at Soho Yard are nothing short of exceptional!

We love it here! The development is excellent, with a bright and homely feel throughout.The facilities are just what you need and the working from home space is ideal! The area is amazing! It’s a very short walk to Kelham Island, which has lots of bars, restaurants and open spaces to enjoy.
