That is up to you! Your apartment can come furnished with our premium-quality furniture package, which includes luxury pieces from designer brands. We’ve thought of every detail – from the bedside tables, to the double or king-sized sumptuous beds in every bedroom. And it’s all part of your rental agreement and included in your rent. Or, if you prefer, you can choose an unfurnished apartment and bring your own furniture.

Love the building. New and modern. Cozy homes. Pet friendly which is a big add on! Beautiful staff and super helpful. Very well secured which is my favourite thing. Lovely neighbours! Events happen throughout the year, which is very nice! This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed at!

Design of the building is amazing and very tasteful. The facilities are brilliant with a very good dining room and a huge gym and the team is lovely. Being in Kelham Island, you have all kinds of amenities nearby and it is a very up and coming area in Sheffield so it is definitely the place to be.
